Guide: 10 of Vancouver's Most Beautiful Restaurants
"If you've ever walked down Robson Street before, you're probably familiar with the alluring scent of Cin Cin Ristorante's wood-fired oven. Follow your nose and make your way up the winding stone stairway to this contemporary Italian restaurant. While the warm and sophisticated room is very welcoming, the service and incredible food will seal the deal."
"Offering handmade pastas and a range of fine wines in a cozy setting, CinCin Ristorante & Bar is a glittering gem in Vancouver’s Italian dining scene, and well loved among locals and tourists alike. This is where you take your time and order yourself a meal you soon won’t forget. For starters, try their Parmesan soufflé or the wood-grilled scallops."
"There's something about Italian food that just feels romantic. Throw in a wood-fired oven and a warm room and your next date night is about to take it up a notch. Follow your nose along Robson Street and make your way up the winding terracotta stairway to CinCin."
"Some of the best Italian food in the world can be found in Vancouver (no hyperbole intended). The shelves of Cioppino’s positively groan with honors and awards such as the prestigious Order of the Star of Italy (a knighthood conferred by the Italian president for representing Italian culture abroad), a “three forks” rating from Gambero Rosso, and a place on the 50 Top Italy list. Take the hint and book a table at chef Pino Posteraro’s exceptional restaurant to discover his modernist Pacific Northwest take on Italian cuisine."
"Chef Pino was born in Lago, Italy, but spent much time in Canada visiting family and eventually decided he wanted to move here and make a name for himself in the restaurant industry. Cioppino's opened in 1999 and since then, it has been a Vancouver institution for those looking for a fine-dining Italian experience. Chef Pino is known to demand excellence in his kitchen and this shows up in each dish."
"Where: At 1829 Robson Street, near the corner of Denman and Robson Street. The scene: This cosy wood-clad eatery has generated a huge buzz for West End gastrophiles for its bang-on-fantastic food that puts a new spin on the stuff mamma used to make. Expect Instagram-worthy Italian dishes at value-conscious prices; from ridiculously good house-made pastas and succulent cuts of meat, to family-style big plates designed for sharing."
"Have been here a few times now and never disappoints.Fantastic food and lovely staff.Happy to see this place busy again with reduced Covid restrictions More reviews"

"Novo Pizzeria focuses on rustic Italian food, with it's star dish being their Neapolitan style pizza. These pizzas are cooked at a high temperature of 900 degrees in their wood burning oven; the thin crust cooks to perfection, while maintaining the integrity of the delicious toppings. If you're not in the mood for pizza, there are many other comforting items to order."
"This hidden Kitsilano gem has some amazing wood-fired pizza. And now you can enjoy it at home!. Plus you can order a bottle of wine or two to enjoy alongside your tasty pie."

"Kaide Sushi Bar uses only fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and all their fish is prepared in-house and with care. Their signature dishes include a sushi bar for sashimi, maki and nigiri, and rice bowls with toppings. The sushi contains only wild sockeye salmon and wild albacore tuna sourced fresh each day and prepared by hand."
"Kaide boasts the bold claim of “Best Sushi in Vancouver” on its website, so it’s worth visiting and deciding for yourself. But those who have already been there know that Kaide is considered one of Yaletown’s hidden gems. With a simple interior, the focus is all on the fresh and finely-prepared Japanese food."

Miku waterfront first introduced Vancouver to Aburi pressed sushi over a decade ago in 2008 and ever since then, we cannot get enough of the flame-seared pressed sushi. The Salmon Oshi Sushi is by far the most popular and begins with a base of seasoned rice that then gets a thin piece of fresh salmon on top and finished with a thin slice of jalapeño."
"We couldn’t write a list of the best donuts in Vancouver without including this absolute titan. We’re not going to sit here and say it’s off the charts, flavour-wise. But, there’s no denying that Duffin’s is a magical place in Vancouver, has a tremendous range of donuts to choose from, and the best value in the city by far."
"A post shared by Duffins Donuts (@duffins_donuts) on Jul 4, 2017 at 8:45am PDT. A hidden Vancouver gem, Duffin’s is open 24 hours a day and has an enticing menu full of cheap eats. Their subs sell for less than $5, they have an all-day breakfast for $4.75, and of course, fresh doughnuts."
"Their 30-year run of fresh baked and prepared in-house donuts has made them a Vancouver staple. They offer 50 varieties and also serve fried chicken, Chinese food, and torta subs and are open 24 hours a day. What more could you ask of donut shop?"
"Parallel 49 (1950 Triumph Street) is one of Vancouver's leading craft breweries (and a personal favorite — I drink Gypsy Tears at home). The Tasting Room has a whopping 40 different taps to choose from and the Street Kitchen (inside) serves up tacos to burgers and daily doughnuts to pair with your beer of choice. Pick up limited edition and rare release beers at the Beer Store or stock up on year-round favorites from the Northwest Red Ale, Ruby Tears, to the Filthy Dirty IPA and the seasonal grapefruit radler Tricycle Radler, which is a summer staple for Vancouverites."
"Lucky’s Doughnuts are tasty as they are tasteful, offering gourmet flavours like lemon curd with torched meringue and earl grey with lavender. They serve all the traditional flavours like French crullers, old fashioned glazed, salted caramel and plenty of seasonal and rotating flavours. Keep an eye out for their wildly inventive specials, too."
"Don’t forget you can save some money when you buy a bakers dozen of Luckys Doughnuts. *Vegan/Gluten Friendly option is also now available. #GetLucky #TheBakersDozen"
