"Teach them the roots of that smartphone they can’t stop staring at with a trip to Brantford. Even tech-obsessed teens will enjoy learning about one of the most important scientific breakthroughs in history, the telephone, at Alexander Graham Bell’s childhood home. This summer, don’t miss: The Summer Theatre Festival."
"Borer’s Falls is a 49 foot (15 metre) waterfall that runs into Borer’s Creek which is a tributary that feeds the west pond of Cootes Paradise. It’s surrounded by lush, green trees and vegetation in the summer months and has a tremendous flow during the wetter months. It usually runs year round but can slow to just a trickle during drier times."
"Borer’s Falls, also known as Rock Chapel Falls, is a 15 metre (49 foot) high curtain waterfall, and its source is the Borer’s Creek. This waterfall used to power the Rock Chapel Village Sawmill. The sawmill was owned and operated by the Borer family, which is how the waterfall and creek got their names."
"As with Albion Falls, there is no access to the falls from below, however Buttermilk Falls can be seen from the Bruce Trail. To reach Buttermilk Falls, park at Oak Knoll Park and walk a short distance along the Bruce Trail side trail (there is a map at the edge of the parking lot). Alternatively, Buttermilk Falls is only a short walk from Albion Falls, along either a paved trail that follows the road or along the Bruce Trail side trail (which has amazing views of the Red Hill Valley).Type: RibbonHeight: 23 metres (75 feet)Cost: Free"
"Continuing to head west, we had to make a stop for one of the most popular waterfalls in the whole area: Albion Falls. Honestly, it did not disappoint. This massive waterfall (seen from a distance if you park where we did) is made up of many little “steps” and layers so the water cascades down and down into the pool below."
"Great patio, great staff, right across from Big Scoops so desert is always readily available. Cocktails are good and their pizza and wings deal is one of..."

"Home to one of Canada's largest historic military collections, the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum is a must-visit at any time of year. Located at Hamilton's international airport, its static displays - many of them fully-restored and operable - include 47 military aircraft ranging from WWI-era prop jobs to more modern jet fighters. The star of the show, though, is its Avro Lancaster, one of only two of these iconic WW2 bombers still able to fly."
"Located directly beside the Airport, the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1972. It displays a collection of Canadian military aircraft flown since the beginning of World War II. Take a walk through history and witness the more than forty aircraft on display including the Avro Lancaster, one of only two airworthy Lancaster bombers left in the world!"
"The sky's the limit at the Canada's largest flying museum, home to more than 40 military planes and flight simulators. See, touch and even climb aboard aircraft that shaped our history.
